My GREEN neighbourhood

When we first moved to Kemuning 3+ years ago, it was a pretty quiet suburb. Well, that's the main reason why we moved there, in the first place!





The roads are wide, there are lots of matured shady trees everywhere.



I love trees... look how GREEN the place is! Trees across the road are like growing towards each other and creating canopies above... so lovely!





I'm not complaining about the trees or the roads... they have remained as lush as ever and the roads have not narrowed...



These photos were taken just yesterday... so you can see the green-ness, lush-ness is still status quo...





Development has caught up with us in Kemuning... compared to 3 years ago: there's now a medical centre, a Carrefour, a Giant (across the highway) and countless shophouses! I don't understand why 2 huge hypermarkets are needed here - there are enough of those in Klang and Subang, which are just a few kilometres away!!! Of course that means traffic to the area has increased tremendously too. I just hope it won't turn into another nightmarishly-jammed place...



I want my neighbourhood to maintain its lovely green pristine environment... please please, no more shopping malls or hypermarkets in the area please!
